Open Data Manchester is collaborating with Catalyst, part of The National Lottery Community Fund COVID-19 Digital Response, to understand how the use of data is transforming the social sector.
We know that changing the role data plays within an organisation can be highly disruptive – and perhaps even more challenging in the civil-society sector – where both financial resources and human capacity are often stretched to their limits.
Where organisations have been able to make such a transformation, we see that further capacity to summarise, report or share these experiences is limited.
So, we’re looking for charities in England that have had such ‘data success stories’ to share what they have learned about overcoming such barriers within the sector, so that we can help others with similar ambitions get the confidence that they need to take the right steps.
If you’re undergone a data transformation – however big or small the success – we want to hear from you.
We will need one or two hours of your time during April and can offer £250 for your time. If you’re keen, please tell us a bit more about who you are and what you did by filling in this form here and we’ll be in touch.
